| " When a academy ninja has pass the mountain village academy located in the social group. they have to come here and get to know their sensei , ninja will be randomly picked unless in some way its way to strong. these are the sensei/jounin in the village Sensei Takashi - Spoiler:
Takashi Is the village Yamakage , he is the leader of the royal clan of the village, the "Onoda " clan, Takashi is a powerful sage that has master many S-rank jutsu's and is the top ninja of the village.

Leji is the co-yamakage, He is the leader of one of the other royal clan's of the village, the aisu clan , he has master many A-rank jutsu and some S-rank jutsu and he is one of the top ninja's of the village and his signature jutsu all are base on snow jutsu/ice jutsu .
