(Doton: Shinju Zanshu no Jutsu) - Earth Style: Double Suicide Decapitation Technique Rank: D Type: Supplementary Range: Short Chakra Cost: 10 Damage Points: N/A Description: The user, emerging from the ground below the target area, pulls down the opponent so that only their head is above ground. Unable to move, the opponent can easily be decapitated or tortured.
(Doton: Gansetsukon) - Earth Release: Rock Staff Rank: D Type: Supplementary/Offense Range: Short Chakra Cost: 10 Damage Points: 20 Description: This jutsu allows the user to take a small chunk of rock and turn it into the shape of a staff. The user can then use it as a weapon or throw it with pinpoint accuracy at their opponent. A variation of this jutsu allows the user to create several staffs and launch them at the target, but with less accuracy.

(Doton: Ganchuusou) - Earth Style: Stone Spikes Rank: C Type: Attack Range: Short-Mid Chakra Cost: 15 Damage Points: 30 Description: The user creates spikes of earth that come up from the ground to stab the enemy.This jutsu can be made in a short or mid distace but the jutsu its self is made of a 6 foot radius of spikes.

(Doton: Iwa Nadare) - Earth Style: Stone Avalanche Rank: C Type: Attack Range: Short-Mid Chakra cost: 15 Damage Points: 30 Descripton: By forming hand seals and running up a cliff face, the user causes stone and rock above him to become dislodged and rain down past him onto his opponents below.
(Doton: Iwa Yado Kuzushi) - Earth Style: Stone Lodging Destruction Rank: C Type: Supplementary Range: Short-Mid Chakra cost: 15 Damage Points: N/A Descripton: This technique allows the ninja to control nearby stone and rock. This can be especially useful if in a cave or a stone lodging. The technique can loosen the rocks and cause them to come raining down on whomever is trapped inside.

This can also be combined with a fire jutsu to shoot lava toward an opponent.
(Doton: Doryu Taiga) - Earth Style: Great Mud River Rank: C Type: Supplementary Range: Short Chakra Cost: 15 Damage Points: N/A Description: This jutsu can transform the ground upon which the enemy stands into a river of mud to throw them off balance.
(Doton: Ganchuro no Jutsu) - Earth Style: Earth Pillar Prison Rank: C Type: Defence/supplementary Range: Short/Mid Chakra Cost: 15 Damage Points: N/A Description: This jutsu creates a large amount of rock pillars from underground. They can then be controlled to surround their opponent and create a prison of earth.
(Doton: Doroku Gaeshi) - Earth Style: Terra Shield Rank: C Type: Defence Range: Short Chakra Cost: 15 Damage Points: N/A Description: After striking the ground with their hands, the user creates a large wall of earth in front of him/her. The defence is not perfect though, since a hard or drilling impact can puncture the wall. Also, since this technique only guards frontal attacks, the enemy can easily attack from the side or even from above.
(Doton: Doro Hoshi) - Earth Style: Mud Indulgence Rank: C Type: Supplementary Range: Long Chakra Cost: 15 Damage Points: N/A Description: This technique lets the user summon a river of mud. This technique can have water added to it to speed up the flow and increase its power.
(Doton: Retsudotensho) - Earth Style: Split Earth Turn Around Palm Rank: C Type: Offense Range: Short/Long Chakra Cost: 15 Damage Points: 30 Description: This technique causes the ground surrounding the enemy to spiral inwards on itself, burying them alive or crushing them. This technique is much more damaging if used in rocky mountainous areas, or inside a cave.
(Doton: Dochu Eigyo no Jutsu) - Earth Style: Underground Projection Fish Technique Rank: C Type: Defence/Supplementary Range: Short/Long Chakra Cost: 15 Damage Points: N/A Description: Using this jutsu, a person can hide underground until they're ready to attack an opponent. By utilizing earth-chakra, the person can stealthily emerge from the ground without disrupting the ground around him. This jutsu can also be used to avoid incoming jutsus.
(Doton: Doryuu Kekai) - Earth Style: Earth Fissure Rank: C Type: Supplementary Range: Short/Long Chakra Cost: 15 Damage Points: N/A Description: This jutsu splits the earth apart to make a fissure. The size of the fissure is proportioned to the amount of chakra of the user.

(Doton Kekkai: Doro Domu) - Earth Style Barrier: Earth Dome Prison Rank: B Type: Supplementary Range: Short/Mid Chakra Cost: 20 (+10 chakra each turn the opponent is inside the dome) Damage Points: N/A Description: After striking the ground with their hands, the user overturns the earth, causing it to rise up around his opponent(s). Then, by placing his/her hands against the dome, the user is able to drain out the chakra from the people trapped inside and absorb it into their own body. At the same time, the user will use their own chakra to spread throughout the dome. This allows the user to repair any damage their opponent(s) manage to inflict on the inside.
(Doton: Tsuchi Kairo) - Earth Style: Earth Corridor Rank: B Type: Supplementary Range: Short/Mid Chakra Cost: 20 Damage Points: N/A Description: This jutsu will cause the earth in the surrounding area to rise up and over a target and create a cavern or dome, imprisoning the target.
(Doton: Arijigoku no Jutsu) - Earth Style: Antlion Technique Rank: B Type: Offense Range: Mid/Long Chakra Cost: 20 Damage Points: 40 Description: This jutsu causes the ground and everything on and around it to be sucked in towards the middle of a large pit, much like the method an antlion uses to catch prey. Upon being dragged to the center, the victim will then be sucked underground. There the victim, depending on how deep the user makes them sink, will be trapped and/or suffocated.
(Doton: Doryu Joheki) - Earth Style: Earth Flow Rampart Rank: B Type: Defence/Supplementary Range: Short/Mid Chakra Cost: 20 Damage Points: N/A Description: This technique raises a large ridge or hill (plateau) from the ground. The user can combine this jutsu with Water Style: Waterfall Basin Technique to create a waterfall.
(Doton: Doryo Dango) - Earth Style: Ball of Graves Rank: B Type: Offense Range: Short/Mid Chakra Cost: 20 Damage Points: 40 Description: The user is able to overturn the earth into a large dumpling-shaped chunk of dirt the size of a mausoleum. Using immense strength, they can then lift up the ball and hurl it at his/her opponent, flattening everything in its path.
(Doton: Doryuheki) - Earth Style: Mud Wall Jutsu Rank: B Type: Supplementary Range: Short Chakra Cost: 20 Damage Points: N/A Description: The user spits out mud from their mouth onto the ground. The mud then solidifies into a large, protective wall of earth.
(Doton: Iwagakure no Jutsu) - Earth Style: Hidden in Stones Jutsu Rank: B Type: Defence/Supplementary Range: Long Chakra Cost: 30 Damage Points: N/A Description: This technique is similar to the Universal Assimilation Technique. It allows the user to move in and out of rock and earth. This jutsu can be used to avoid certain earth techniques.
(Doton: Doryuso) - Earth Style: Rising Stone Spears Rank: B Type: Offense Range: Short/Mid Chakra Cost: 20 Damage Points: 40 Description: This technique lets the user condense mud or stone from the ground and shape them into spikes that will protrude from the ground to skew the target. The spikes cannot penetrate targets of greater density.
(Doton: Iwayado Kuzushi) - Earth Style: Rock Lodging Destruction Rank: B Type: Offense Range: Short/Long Chakra Cost: 20 Damage Points: 40 Description: This technique causes a cave-in by destroying the equilibrium that holds the cave together. Just removing a single vital stone throws off the balance of the cave, making it unexpectedly fragile and causing a domino effect that destroys the entire cave.

(Doton: Uiten Pen) - Earth Style: Wheel Of Fortune Rank: A Type: Supplementary Range: Short-Long Chakra cost: 30 Damage Points: N/A Descripton: A form of summoning where the user first takes out a topographical map that they can use to change any earth-based feature of the battlefield. Note: can only be used once per battle
(Doton: Yomi Numa) - Earth Style: Swamp of the Underworld Rank: A Type: Supplementary Range: Short/Long Chakra Cost: 30 Damage Points: N/A Description: This technique creates a swamp beneath the target (relative to them) that immobilizes them. If the swamp is made deep enough it will kill the target. The size of the swamp is proportioned to the amount of chakra of the user.

(Katon: Gokakyu no Jutsu) - Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu Rank: C Type: Offense Range: Short Chakra Cost: 15 Damage Points: 30 Description: After performing the necessary hand seals, a ninja inhales air, and utilizing a large amount of fire chakra, spews a large fireball from their mouth after blowing through a ring made by the thumb and index finger of the user, incinerating everything in range. The fireball ignites externally.
(Katon: Kimuchi Amura) - Fire Style: Rank: C Type: Supplementary/Defence Range: Short Chakra cost: 10 Damage Points: 20 Description: The user first throws out a lighter that has an open flame.The user the turns the flame into a wall of fire used for protection or to burn small objects thrown towards him. This jutsu can be used with Hurricane Fist to create a combo jutsu.
(Katon: Hibashiri) - Fire Style: Racing Fire Rank: C Type: Attack Range: Short-Mid Chakra cost: 15 Damage Points: 30 Description: User utilizes his fire chakra and then creates jets of fire which will race towards his target and surround him or he can generate a rotating ring made of fire which he will launch towards his target. It can be used in combination with a wind jutsu to make the attack more powerful.
(Katon: Ryuka no Jutsu) - Fire Style: Dragon Flame Jutsu Rank: C Type: Offense Range: Short/Mid Chakra Cost: 15 Damage Points: 30 Description: The user breathes fire along a cord, string or any other type of long object.

(Katon: Hosenka no Jutsu) - Fire Style: Phoenix Flower Jutsu Rank: C Type: Offense Range: Short Chakra Cost: 15 Damage Points: 30 Description: This jutsu sends multiple balls of fire at a target. It is also possible to hide shuriken within the fireballs, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. For the most part, however, this jutsu is used as a distraction.

(Katon: Haisekisho) - Fire Style: Combustion Ash Cloud Rank: B Type: Offense Range: Short/Mid Chakra Cost: 20 Damage Points: 40 Description: The user spews superheated ash from their mouth. The ash is hot enough to cause third-degree burns on the victim. Because it's composed entirely of ash, it stays in the air around the victim like a cloud. If the user clicks his teeth, the stagnant ash will ignite, creating a violent explosion.
(Katon: Goryuka no Jutsu) - Fire Style: Dragon Fireball Jutsu Rank: B Type: Offense/Supplementary Range: Short/Long Chakra Cost: 20 Damage Points: 40 Description: The user fires several large dragon-shaped fireballs at their opponent. It is able to alter localized weather conditions to the point of making thunder clouds when shot into the air, enabling the user to perform kirin.

(Katon: Gamayu Endan) - Fire Style: Toad Oil Flame Bomb Rank: A Type: Offense Range: Short/Long Chakra Cost: 30 Damage Points: 60 Description: This jutsu is used in conjunction with Toad Oil Bullet to launch a streaming fireball toward the opponent. This jutsu can cover a huge area with fire.

(Katon: Gouryuuka No Jutsu) - Fire Style: Great Dragon Fire Rank: A Type: Attack Range: Short-Mid Chakra cost: 30 Damage Points: 60 Description: After performing the needed hand seals, the user will expel dragon head fireballs at their opponent. These powerful fireballs can punch through concrete.
(Katon: Haisekishou) - Fire Style: Burning Ash Accumulation Rank: A Type: Attack Range: Short-Mid Chakra cost: 30 Damage Points: 60 (+10 damage if the opponet escapes before explotion do not calculate the 60 if he/she escape just the 10) Description: User utilizing his fire chakra, inhales and spits out a cloud of ash which begins to envelope his opponent and explodes when the user clicks his teeth. However, this jutsu will cause major damage to his skin and lungs if the user doesn't escape before it explodes.
(Katon: Zukokku) - Fire Style: Intense Pain Rank: A Type: Offense Range: Short/Mid Chakra Cost: 30 Damage Points: 60 Description: A huge burst of fire that turns into a huge fireball and can cover a large area, burning all in its path.
(Katon: Keshi Makuga Hara) - Fire Release: Exploding Flame Crater Rank: A Type: Offense Range: Long Chakra Cost: 30 Damage Points: 60 Description: The user first stomps on the ground, making an underground tunnel form between themselves and the opponent. They then breathe out fire into the tunnel, causing the fire to turn into lava as it travels. With a single hand seal, the lava will erupt from the ground underneath the opponent, engulfing them in lava.

(Raiton: Gian Yari) - Lightning Style: False Darkness Spear Rank: B Type: Offense Range: Short/Long Chakra Cost: 20 Damage Points: 40 Description: The user emits a spear of lightning from their mouth. The spear can then split apart to strike multiple enemies.
(Raiton: Raiton Kage Bunshin) - Lightning Release: Lightning Shadow Clone Rank: B Type: Supplementary Range: Short Chakra Cost: 20 Damage Points: N/A Description: User creates a Shadow Clone of himself infused with his lighting chakra. When the clone gets hit he will return to its previous state of pure lighting chakra. The clone has a physical substance and therefor is able to use ninjutsu and taijutsu techniques as well as he has all the normal moves the user has.

(Raiton: Chidori) - Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds Rank: A Type: Offense Range: Short Chakra Cost: 30 Damage Points: 60 Description: A lightning jutsu that is concentrated in the user's palm and thrusted toward the opponent at high speed. The lightning in the user's palm sounds like birds chirping, hence the name.
(Raiton: Chidori Nagashi) - Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds Current Rank: A Type: Offense/Defence Range: Short Chakra Cost: 30 Damage Points: 60 Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electrically charged chakra from their body. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it only paralyzes. The lightning can be channelled through metal objects, as well as spread out into the air or ground.
(Raiton: Chidori Senbon) - Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds Needle Rank: A Type: Offense Range: Short/Mid Chakra Cost: 30 Damage Points: 60 Description: The user reshapes the Chidori in their hand into the form of countless senbon. It has more specialized speed than the normal Chidori and can cause damage throughout multiple places on the body. Although it�s not stated, this technique probably takes on Chidori's characteristics such as its ability to cut through almost anything and numb parts of the body.
(Raiton: Chidori Eiso) - Lightning Release Chidori Sharp Spear Rank: A Type: Offense Range: Short/Mid Chakra Cost: 30 Damage Points: 60 Description: The user increases the range of their Chidori by using form manipulation to extend it into a blade up to 10 meters in length. This blade is capable of splitting into multiple additional blades upon contact with an enemy, drastically increasing the number of wounds it can inflict. Like other Chidori-related techniques, this jutsu will numb its target upon contact.
(Raiton: Rairyu no Tatsumaki) - Lightning Release: Thunder Dragon Tornado Rank: A Type: Offense Range: Short/Mid Chakra Cost: 30 Damage Points: 60 Description: The user forms a whirling vortex of wind and electricity around themselves. The vortex will take on the form of a dragon�s head and will cover the area in front of them. Even if the attack doesn't directly connect with his foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a nearby target.

(Raiton: Gian) - Lightning Style: False Darkness Type: Attack Rank: S Range: Short-Mid Chakra cost: 40 Damage Points: 80 Descripton: Two powerful lightning blasts.This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.
(Raiton: Kirin) Lightning Release: Kirin Rank: S Type: Offense Range: Long Chakra Cost: 40 Damage Points: 80 Description: After using Dragon Fireball Jutsu to create thunderclouds in the sky, the user will use Chidori to take control of the lightning above. Raiton: Chidori Raimei (Lightning Style: 1000 Birds Thunderstorm) Type:Attack Rank: S Range: Short-Mid Chakra cost:40 Damage Points:80 Descripton: A chidori that spreads from the users palm into lightning bolts that cover a circular area destroying all thats in its way.
LimeLight Rank: S Type: Attack Range: Short-Long Chakra Cost: 80 Damage Points: N/A(if this jutsu hits the match is over automatically) Description: This jutsu is know as the most powerful lightlightning jutsu to every be created. This jutsu can only be used by the for highest lightning masters. These ninja are four of the konoha "12 Ninja Guardians" .To perform this jutsu the users must get into place(shaped like a cross). This takes three turns and if anyone the users are stopped this attack is canceled.Only can use this jutsu. Note: the user must summon Kitane, Tou'u, Seito and Nauma (the lightning masters of the 12 Ninja Guardians).

(Kinjutsu: Souja Sousai) -Forbidden Technique: Twin Snake Double Assassination Rank: S Type: Supplementary Range: Short Chakra Cost: 40 Damage Points: N/A Description: This technique requires another person to sacrifice their body so it can take on the real form of the user. The user will totally control the sacrifice and donate a portion of their chakra (no less than 30%) to the sacrifice since they will be unable to tap into the original user�s chakra. While the ninja acts in the sacrificed body, they can perform all of their techniques so long as they have chakra. Once the chakra runs out or the sacrificial body dies, the shape change will end. The sacrificing ninja can survive this technique so long as they are not killed in battle. The original user will stay in a meditative state as long as the technique is active and will not wake up until they release their hold over the host ninja.The drawback to this technique is the user�s actual body can be damaged (potentially critically since they are asleep) and will not be able to regain consciousness until they release control over their host. Once released, the connection cannot be re-established, though remainder of chakra not used will be returned.

The ringing continues to grow as time progresses as at first it will disrupt how a person hears eventually hampering their ability to think. From that it starts to mess with their balance until they become incredibly disorientated.Lasts 10 turns and reduces damage of the jutsu used against the user by -5 until this effect wears off.
(Ototon: Chi Oto no jutsu) - Sound Release: Bloody Sound Technique Rank: B Type: Supplementary Range: Short-Mid Chakra Cost: 20 Damage Points: N/A Description: The User Forms A huge amount of Chakra in their fists and when a punch is thrown the hands release it in the form of Tremendous sound waves that spreads out through the area. Mainly Travels through the air so it don't leave a trail that it is coming. When the sound Impacts the foe they will lose the ability to hear for a while and it will cause them to bleed out of the ear. Causes the foe to lose hearing for 5 turns so it will be harder for them to evade attacks. Note: Travels at 500 speed

Magma erupts from the ground as it surges creating a large dome either around just the opponent of both the opponent and the user. Within the prison is it very hot until the magma cools. When the magma cools it is very hard to break, and is almost an inescapable prison(lava lasts 2 turns and if touched causes -3 damage).

Several points in the ground then build up a great deal of steam as it flies through the ground. Surrounding the area in a veil of steam. The user jumps into the air as rocks fly into the sky from the uprising steam. The user then breathes fire and it covers the rocks, sending down a storm of flaming rocks.
(Magumaton: Kazangan Heki) - Magma Release: Lava Burst Rank: A Type: Attack Range: Short-Mid Chakra Cost: 30 Damage Points: 60 Description: The user performing the necessary handseals take in a deep breath as they bring about the ideals of most fire exhaling jutsu into play. Upon exhaling, a burst of condensed lava emerges and is fired off at the opponent. Upon striking a surface it explodes into many droplets of lava.

(Kadou Tsunami no Jutsu) - Vortex Tsunami Technique Rank: S Type: Supplementary/Attack Range: Short-Mid Chakra cost: 40 Damage Points: 80 Description: A highly advanced technique that draws all the rain into one point, this single point spins at high speeds, so high that they begin to pull the rain cloud into them. The final effect of this technique is a swirling storm of Water that rushes towards an opponent in a fierce tidal wave like motion. The speeds that this vortex spins at are so fast that it is able to cut through armor. This technique, once sent out is almost impossible to stop and will continue going until the chakra supporting it runs out. As a downside, the storm will chase down an opponent and anything near an opponent, including the user of the jutsu .
(Haisou no Kouryuu no Jutsu) - Flight of the Rain Dragons Rank: S Type: Attack Range: Short-Long Chakra cost: 40(-10 each turn to keep this jutsu in play) Damage Points: 80 Description: After performing a long row of hand seals, the user makes a small cut on each of his or her ring fingers and raises his or her hands to the sky. Some of the user's blood raises up into the sky, apparently as a sacrifice. The clouds then begin to warp and form into several dragons. Once fully formed, each of the dragons is capable of emitting one spiral rain spear per turn. The dragons also act as alternate sources of rain.
(Kuro Ame no Jutsu) - Dark Rain Technique Rank: S Type: Supplementary Range: Short-Mid Chakra cost: 40(-5 each turn after 3 turns have passed) Damage Points: N/A Description: The user forms the necessary handseals and the all the rain drops in the area becomes pitch black, they can be felt pouring down but would not be seen, and they would still be transparent. This is a very strong technique because as soon as this is done every technique the user create using this will be pitch black and the enemy will not see them coming
(Suiton: Kouryuu no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Dragon Skill Rank: S Type: Supplementary/Attack Range: Short-Mid Chakra cost: 40 Damage Points: 80 Description: powerful jutsu that's into motion the creation of a dragon made of clouds. the dragon itself is very powerful and adds a level of versatility previously unknown to rain-based techniques. The dragon swoops down from the sky and onto the battlefield. Not only is it capable of shooting a spiral rain spear from any point on its body once per post, but it is capable of directing a small rainstorm from its body. This allows rain techniques to be used from the dragon, and become more localized.
(Rasen Yari no Kirinonai Kouu) - Endless Rain of the Spiral Spears Rank: S Type: Attack Range: Short-Mid Chakra cost: 40 Damage Points: 80 Description: An advanced form of the Rain Spear that uses chakra to condense a large amount of rain water into one place to form spears of water in the clouds. The spears can at any time be called down to strike an opponent with only one hand-seal. Unlike its predecessor, these spears are made of constantly moving water that can actually cut an opponent. They also move in a corkscrew pattern that can be slightly manipulated. By widening or sharpening the turns, you can change where the spear will hit mid-technique. The water will stay in the form of spears for a short amount of time (2 turns). Any spears that are not used by that time it will fall uselessly as rain.

The chakra that pulled down the clouds keeps them moving at high speeds so that neither the user nor enemy can escape. This jutsu in effect doubles the damage done by rain jutsu attacks and makes them more difficult to dodge. When this technique is used, the rain that comes from the clouds falls sideways, down, up, and near every direction, keeping enemies off balance.
(Boufuu Kumo Kaigara) - Storm Cloud Shell Rank: S Type: Supplementary Range: Short-Mid Chakra cost: 40 Damage Points: N/A Description: A powerful technique that draws down a small portion of rain clouds and places them over the user like a full body shell. The clouds continue to produce rain, which allow the user to send out rain jutsu like the Rain spear from their body. This shell also defends against lightening jutsu, cutting their damage in half.
(Ame toraidento no Jutsu) - Rain Trident Technique Rank: A Type: Attack Range: Short-Mid Chakra cost: 30 Damage Points: 60 Description: A powerful jutsu that uses chakra to gather rain and form it into a long Trident. The Trident is able to change lengths at the user's well and thanks to the chakra has a somewhat solid form. The Trident returns to its' normal state shortly after creation. When the trident cuts into an object, it expands into said object causing more damage and sometimes can even be used to break bones.
(Hashira no Ame) - Pillar of Rain Rank: A Type: Attack Range: Short-Mid Chakra cost: 30 Damage Points: 60 Description: The user focuses rain to form as a large pillar before high up in the rain, and also focusing on a point on the ground where it should land, the water pillar has a radius of 4 meters and is a powerful jutsu to give an upper advantage against the enemy, the pillar dissolves as it lands on the ground creating a shock wave of water
(Hyaku Touei Ame Bushin) - Hundred Rain Reflection Clones Rank: A Type: Supplementary Range: Short Chakra cost: 40 Damage Points: N/A Description: A large scale upgrade of the Reflection Rain clone. The user can create his reflection one hundred different times, these clones don't cause a threat to the enemy and is destroyed by one hit but can make the enemy confused and the user will have time to issue another attack. l The clones mimic the user's every move.
(Hitoshirenu Ame Naifu) - Hidden Rain Knives Rank: A Type: Attack Range: Short-Mid Chakra cost: 30 Damage Points: 60 Description: The user creates the necessary handseals and rain drops in an area of 20 meters around the user is able to turn into sharp water needles, these are relatively weak but can be directed towards an opponent.
(Toku no Ame) - Shield of Rain Rank: B Type: Supplementary Range: Short Chakra cost: 20 Damage Points: N/A Description: User performs the necessary handseals and places their hands out in front of them. Using chakra they gather up a large amount of rain and create a wall of solid water. The water is dense and difficult to move through, thus protecting the user from most taijutsu attack and fire attacks. Earth based jutsu and Lighting jutsu are highly effective against this technique. The user must keep his hands connected into the wall at all times or the wall will return to its normal state. If struck by electricity it will move through the water and strike the user as well.
(Ame Ame Tama) - Raining Rain Bullets Rank: B Type: Attack Range: Short-Mid Chakra cost: 20 Damage Points: 40 Description: The user does the necessary handseals and focuses chakra into the rain, the rain draws together and forms several bullets of rain. The "bullets" fall at an accelerated rate and feel like large rocks falling from the sky.
(Kyuutai no Ame) - Orb of Rain Rank: A Type: Attack Range: Short-Mid Chakra cost: 30 Damage Points: 60 Description: After a long line of handseals, the user is able to place a large amount of chakra into their hands and gather rain towards their palms. The user must begin running towards the target of the jutsu, once enough rain has been gathered and condensed to form a fist sized orb of water in the user's hand, the user must place their hand near the target. The orb of water will "explode" pushing enemies back and creating openings for attacks.
(Ame Kumo Bunshin) - Rain Cloud Clone Rank: B Type: Supplementary Range: Short Chakra cost: 20 Damage Points: N/A Description: A jutsu that creates a clone from the Rain clouds in the sky. The clone resembles the user but keeps the appearance of moving clouds with only the shape and color of the user. Because of this the clouds cannot be used as a distraction. The clones are able to attack and receive attacks.
(Secchakuzai no Kouu) - Rain of Glue Rank: C Type: Supplementary Range: Short-Mid Chakra cost: 15 Damage Points: N/A Description: When user makes it rain and then changes the compounds of the water(materials in the air).Then makes the rain sticky which binds the opponent in place for 2 turns.this jutsu lasts for 2 turns.

(Ame Tama no Jutsu) - Rain Bullet Technique Rank: D Type: Attack Range: Short Chakra cost: 10 Damage Points: 20 Description: By focusing chakra into the user's hand they are able to gather rain drops towards their palms, the rain is molded together by chakra and forged into a high pressured orb. Once done the orb will shoot away from the users hand and the user will be knocked back. If it hits the enemy the enemy will be sent away flying or unbalanced.

(Touei Ame Bushin) - Reflection Rain Clone Rank: C Type: Supplementary Range: Short Chakra cost: 15 Damage Points: N/A Description: This technique creates a reflection of the user, this clone is unable to touch physical objects or cause harm. Every move that the user makes the clone mimics at the same time. The reflection clone is destroyed after one hit, this is a tactical technique.

(Hitoshirenu Ame Sai) - Hidden Rain Slash Rank: C Type: Attack Range: Short-Mid Chakra cost: 15 Damage Points: 30 Description: The user manipulates their chakra to condense a single raindrop into a more solid form. The raindrop becomes as sharp as a blade. The disadvantage to this jutsu is that the raindrop falls in a straight line.
(Ame Kasui no jutsu) - Rain Spike Technique Rank: C Type: Attack Range: Short-Mid Chakra cost: 15 Damage Points: 30 Description: The user of this technique must place chakra into one or more raindrops. As the drops of rain hit the ground they create a small sized spike of water from puddles on the ground. For this technique to work there must be water on the ground and it must be raining.
(Kouu no Yari) - Rain Spear Rank: C Type: Attack Range: Short-Mid Chakra cost: 15 Damage Points: 30 Description: By using chakra to condense a large amount of rainwater into one place, the user creates a spear of water in the clouds. The spear can at any time be called down to strike an opponent with only one hand-seal. The water will stay in the form of spear for a short amount of time (three posts). If the spear is not used by that time it will fall uselessly as rain. The only warning this technique gives is a second pause in the rain when the water is gathered and condensed.
(Ame Nottori no Jutsu) - Rain Capture Technique Rank: C Type: Supplementary Range: Short-Mid Chakra cost: 15 Damage Points: N/A Description: This technique causes a target of the user's choice to "attract" raindrops. The water in the rain drops will attach themselves over an opponent. Once enough water has gathered over an enemy it will also attach to the ground, holding the user's opponent to the ground.
(Ame Bunshin) - Raining Clones Rank: C Type: Supplementary Range: Short Chakra cost: 15 Damage Points: N/A Description: A jutsu that creates false clones of the user around drops of rain. Every clone is totally harmless and is destroyed by one hit or if they collide with the ground or the enemy. This technique is used as more of a distraction than anything.
(Gouu no Jutsu) - Heavy Rain Skill Rank: C Type: Supplementary Range: Short-Mid Chakra cost: 15 Damage Points: N/A Description: A jutsu that actually uses the victim's clothing as a medium to effect him or her. By filling the clothing with water-elemental chakra the user causes the clothing to fully retain all water it comes in contact with which will gradually cause the clothing to become heavier and heavier. Unfortunately, this jutsu that does not create water, so it is only useful in a rainy or otherwise wet environment

(Ame Aikuchi) - Rain Dagger Rank: B Type: Attack Range: Short-Mid Chakra cost: 20 Damage Points: 40 Description: A simple jutsu that gathers the rain with chakra and then forms it into a dagger-like weapon. The chakra gives the water a more solid form so that it can be used for attacks. The water returns to normal shortly after creation. When the dagger cuts into something the water from the dagger expands within the cut to increase the damage.
(Amagasa no Jutsu) - Umbrella Technique Rank: B Type: Supplementary Range: Short Chakra cost: 20 Damage Points: N/A Description: A helpful technique for staying dry in the rain. After a few short handsigns, the user can create an invisible umbrella by extending their arm over their head and holding an open palm towards the sky. This "umbrella stops all rain, but cannot stop jutsu that take a more solid form like the Rain spear technique. This technique was actually made to stop the acid rain technique and other average falling rain techniques from touching the user.
(Ooki Kouu no Jutsu) - Big Rain Skill Rank: B Type: Supplementary Range: Short-Mid Chakra cost: 20 Damage Points: N/A Description: By sending subtle chakra waves into the clouds, the user is able to create unusually large nuclei for the water droplets to condense on. The end result is big raindrops that fall to the ground at a faster then normal rate. They aren't big or fast enough to cause any real damage, but they are quite distracting.
(Shuushi Ame) - Stop Rain Rank: B Type: Supplementary Range: Short-Mid Chakra cost: 20 Damage Points: N/A Description: This technique defines the users chakra control and for tactical measures for other techniques. The user creates the necessary handseals and every rain drop stops in mid air or wherever they are
(Sakasa Ame) - Reverse Rain Rank: B Type: Supplementary Range: Short-Mid Chakra cost: 20 Damage Points: N/A Description: This technique defines the users chakra control and for tactical measures for other techniques. The user creates the necessary handseals and every rain drop which falls on the ground starts to go up into the air instead, so the rain becomes backwards, when the rain becomes backwards it can stop techniques such as the Rain Spear technique and others. Note:this Jutsu Does not work on A or S rank jutsu.

Bombarding Hail (Hougeki Arare) Rank: A Type: Attack Range: Short Chakra Cost: 30 Damage Points: 60 Description: Using this jutsu requires great chakra control, performing hand seals and sending chakra into the clouds. After a bit of development,(three turns) a ninja will form the precipitation of the cloud into hail. This hail will fall for a brief time from the clouds and by chakra control be targeted at the opponent. Note:must have clouds in the sky to use this jutsu.
Snow Blindness (Setsumou) Rank: A Type: Supplementary Range: Shot-Mid Chakra Cost: 30 Damage Points: N/A Description: Used in conjunction with the Hidden Mist skill this makes things even more difficult to see. If used without the Hidden Mist skill, it is far less effective.The user makes snow begin to fall from the sky as thick as possible. This, of course, effects both the user and the opponent's vision. Note:This jutsu must have rain clouds to perform and the snow takes three turns to fall and lasts for 3 turns. Restrictions:Can only be used three times per battle.
(Suiton: Kouu no Fukkou) - Water Style: Rain's Renaissance Rank: A Type: Supplementary Range: Short-Mid Chakra cost: 30 Damage Points: N/A Description: The user slams his hand on the ground and sends a large wave of chakra into the ground. This wave of chakra causes all small, nearby sources of water to fly back into the clouds to replenish them. This has little effect on natural storms but on artificial ones it can be used multiple times to lengthen it almost indefinitely.

(Ensan no Kouu) - Acid Rain Rank: S Type: Supplementary/Attack Range: Short-Mid Chakra cost: 40(-5 per turn to keep active) Damage Points: -10 each turn or as long as the user has this jutsu in effect Description: A powerful ninjutsu that laces the clouds with a large amount of poison elemental chakra to change the structure of the rain. The end result is a storm that does not rain water, but instead rains a powerful acid that can eat through most materials. Unfortunately, skin is not one of those materials. Instead of instantly eating through, it causes skin to instantly blister and slowly dissolve in a most painful way.

Summoning Technique (Kuchiyose no Jutsu) Rank: C Type: Defense/Attack/Suplementary Range: Short-Long Chakra Cost: 15 Damage points: N/A Hand Seals: Boar, Dog, Bird, Monkey, Ram, Palm On Ground Description:To summon the creature the ninja will wipe blood on the hand, perform the necessary handseals and then touch their hand to the ground or another object. Though it appears that as long as significant pressure is placed against the blood in some form, the summon will be complete. There can be variations to the summoning steps, some ninja like Temari will wipe blood on her fan, then by swinging the fan the animal is summoned. Other ninja like Orochimaru wipe the blood across a snake tattoo on their arm first, then touch the ground.
Animal Summons
Gamachu Is the first toad named in the series. Gamachu is a mid-level toad that first appears when Jiraiya is introduced. Gamachu is always seen wearing samurai armor in battle. When he first appeared in the manga, Gamachu seems to strike the same type of pose as Jiraiya, as he would also seem to have become the personal summon of Jiraiya. This toad seems to be the keeper of the Toad Summoning contract scroll and unlike every other toad ever seen, Gamachu has not yet been seen talking, only quaking once or twice and mainly in the anime. In terms of appearance, the kanji on the necklace around his neck means "friendship," perhaps alluding to the fact that Jiraiya summons him in more relaxed situations.
Gamasushi-Demolisher Toad This gigantic toad is one of the summons of Jiraiya. is the most skilled of the second most powerful toad, and wielding two large katanas, he is known mostly as "Watch Tower Destroyer" and "Yataikusushi". He can wield some powerful skills, but his true talent is in swordplay. He speaks but only when not in combat, when he does fight, he typically doesn't say a word. Gamasushi is most known for battling alongside his summoner, with great skill and execution.
Elder Sage Toad (Ogama Sennin) This giant toad was the leader of the toads approximately 30 years previously. He held the ability to forsee the future and gave Jiraiya one of his prophecies. Due to his old age, it is unknown if he is still alive.
Gamabunta Is the boss of the toads that are summoned. He is huge (about 100 meters high) and is summoned for battles with the biggest of enemies. His sons are Gamakichi and Gamatatsu. Naruto can only summon him with the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox's chakra. Without it, Naruto can only call upon some of Gamabunta's smallest children. Gamabunta was first seen in the premiere of the series, where he and the Fourth Hokage face off against the demon fox.
Gamaken This giant toad is one of Jiraiya's battle companions. Gamaken wields a large forked weapon and shield. Though he considers himself slow of mind, his size and power allows him to stand toe to toe with many large summons. He was summoned by Jiraiya during his fight with Pain and seems to be wearing the same robe as Gamabunta.
Gamakichi This toad is the personal summon of Naruto and Jiraiya, one of Gamabunta's children. He was first summoned by Naruto Uzumaki because Naruto couldn't focus his chakra during the beginning of the battle with Gaara. However, he is intelligent enough to be aware of the situation around him and realize when it's time to flee.
Gamatatsu This toad is the younger brother of Gamakichi.
Gerotora - Key Toad This toad watches over the scroll which acts as the "key" to the Hakke Fuuin on Naruto's stomach. Jiraiya eventually left the scroll to Naruto.
Shima and Fukasaku - Toad Sennins Better known as Ma and Pa are two Toad Elders that taught Jiraiya Senjutsu in his youth. These two toad sennin, Shima and Fukasaku, acted as advisors to the elder toad sage. They had the ability to combine with Jiraiya to enter his "Sennin" mode. This mode changed Jiraiya's form and allowed him to access natural energy. This form also allowed him to utilize Fukasaku and Shima's jutsu.
Kamatari This animal is the personal summon of the Sand ninja Temari. To summon the creature, Temari wipes blood on her fan and then does her Kirkirimai (Whirl) technique. After she swings her fan the itachi (weasel) is summoned with a huge scythe as well as several other small kama (sickles). The result is a huge swath of destruction. Other than Naruto, Temari is the only Genin so far who has been shown to possess the needed chakra to summon a creature.
Katsuyu This slug is the personal summon of Tsunade and she is the head of all slugs. Compared to Gamabunta and Manda, the summons of Jiraiya and Orochimaru, respectively, Katsuyu is quiet and more subservient to her master. She addresses Tsunade as Mistress, or Lady.
Kidoumaru's Giant Spider This giant spider is the personal summon of the Sound ninja Kidoumaru.
Kyodaija Are giant snakes, often summoned by Orochimaru during battle. There are many different kinds of Kyodaija. For instance, the Kyodaija that was summoned during the invasion of Konoha had marks on its skin similar to the Cursed Seal of Heaven, while the ones summoned by Orochimaru in the Forest of Death had no such marks. Anko Mitarashi also summoned a blue-colored snake of similar size.
Manda This snake is the personal summon of Orochimaru and he is the head of all snakes.
Three - Headed Snake This three headed snake was summoned by Hidden Sand ninja.
Monkey King Enma This monkey is the personal summon of the Third Hokage and he is the head of all monkeys. As he is a longtime companion to Hiruzen, it is implied that he too is rather old. He possesses great physical strength and fighting ability, as seen when he fights off both Hashirama Senju, the First Hokage, and Tobirama Senju, the Second Hokage.
Nin - Dogs These dogs serve as the personal summon of Hatake Kakashi. He can summon the whole pack or one individual dog when desired.
Pakkun This Nin-Dog is the summon of Hatake Kakashi. He can be summoned with his pack brothers or by himself. He is a petite pug and the smallest of Kakashi Hatake's Ninken. Pakkun is seemingly the most intelligent of the ninken, and has the ability to speak.
Nin - Kame This tortise is the personal summon of Maito Gai. Like Gai, it stresses responsibility and hard work to Rock Lee and seeks to correct Lee when the young Genin makes mistakes.
Pain's Giant Crustacean Pain has the ability to summon many creatures. One such creature is this giant crustacean, which has the ability to expel a large amount of water.
Pain's Giant Chameleon Pain has the ability to summon many creatures. One such creature is this giant chameleon-chimera, which has the ability to turn invisible. The chimera itself has the body of a chameleon, wings, horns and a snake tail.
Pain's Giant Dog Pain has the ability to summon many creatures. One such creature is this giant dog, which has the ability to split into more dogs each time it is struck. These dogs can then merge and split apart at will.
Pain's Giant Bird Pain has the ability to summon many creatures. One such creature is this giant bird, which has the ability to fly through the air and ram its target.
Pain's Giant Ram Pain has the ability to summon many creatures. One such creature is this giant ram, which has the ability to charge and smash its target.
Pain's Giant Panda Pain has the ability to summon many creatures. One such creature is this giant panda, which has the ability to harden its body to create a defensive shield.
Pain's Giant Centipede Pain has the ability to summon many creatures. One such creature is this giant centipede, which can tear through large structures.
Ruiga's Piranhas These piranhas are the personal summon of the wandering ninja Ruiga. Using his ability to draw water out of the ground, Ruiga will create a medium in which the piranhas can swim and pursue his targets.
Ruiga's Shark This shark is the personal summon of the wandering ninja Ruiga. Using his ability to draw water out of the ground, Ruiga will create a medium in which the shark can swim and pursue his targets.
Suzumebachi's Giant Hornet This giant hornet is the personal summon of the Rock ninja Kamizuru Suzumebachi.
